Affects
Carris (buses and trams)

Carris bus and tram drivers struck for 24 hours on Thursday 11 July, starting at 22:00 the night before on the night network, then stopped for the first two and last two hours of every shift from Monday 15 to Friday 19 July. The STRUP union, part of Fectrans, called both over pay, the meal allowance and a 35-hour week. Minimum services on 11 July covered only transport for disabled people, emergencies and the medical post; the union said more than 90% joined and few buses and trams were running at 08:00. On 15 July it described turnout in the partial strike as high, with longer waits between buses and trams.

What to do

During partial Carris strikes, waits between buses and trams get longer through the day. Use the Metro or CP trains where you can, and allow extra time.
